You should pass
CONFIGURE_ARGS+= --sysconfdir=${PKG_SYSCONFDIR}
> .include "../../mk/bsd.pkg.mk"
It seems to using OpenSSL.
You should add
.include "../../security/openssl/buildlink3.mk"
(sendmail command, hmm...)
And It's nice if add ipv6 option because configure support --enable-ipv6 option.
