Please review wip/dwm

Hello folks!

Few weeks ago I committed wip/dwm. Yes, there is wm/dwm in the pkgsrc
tree but wm/dwm is:  0) outdated  1) uses patches (where IMO it's better
to use the SUBST framework; MAINTAINER life should be easy)  2) wm/dwm
does not support the "xinerama" option.

If you have 5 minutes free please review it and, if you can, feel free to
improve and import it.

If wip/dwm is right I could package in this way x11/dmenu too (that like
wm/dwm is outdated and uses patches).
