I forgot a pretty important line in the example, please take a look at
it again and if it still doesn't work, you could check the output of:

   spamassassin -D < some_message.txt


and look out for the following lines in stderr:

   [23673] dbg: dcc: network tests on, registering DCC
   [23673] dbg: dcc: dccifd is available: /var/dcc/dccifd
   [23673] dbg: dcc: dccifd got response: X-DCC-wuwien-Metrics: (...)
