Please review the changes made to my packages giggle, tint2 and dir2ogg.

Hi list,

I updated several to make them destdir ready: giggle, tint2 and dir2ogg.
I also added the LICENSE keyword in each Makefile and updated to PLIST 
when it was necessary.

wip/castget is almost ready, apart from the license:
castget is "dual-licensed", LGPL for the libraries, and GPL for the 
rest. How should this be handled ? Two different packages, even if the 
are extremely small ?

Finally, I will remove wip/QLandkarte that has been superseded by 
qlandkartegt (almost ready to import).
