wip/qtcreator package

Hello,

I did a package of QtCreator (see 
http://www.qtsoftware.com/products/developer-tools) and imported it as 
wip/qtcreator. QtCreator is a cross-platform IDE for C++ and Qt programming.

The package builds and runs fine on DragonFly, and should also build on NetBSD 
now. Since the build system is pure qmake files and contains quite an amount 
of platform-specific hacks i would expect some further issues on other 
platforms. A test on a Linux platform would be much appreciated. As it is now, 
pkgsrc disables all the Linux-specific hacks in the qmake build system. That 
could be critical.

Beware that wip/qtcreator is based on qt4 packages, which take quite some time 
to build if not already installed.
