Hi list,

With the recent inclusion of graphics/jbigkit (thanks obache!) into
pkgsrc, I would like to import a CUPS rasterizer/driver for a specific
Konica Minolta printer (Magicolor 5440).

You will find the package under wip/cups-driver-Magicolor5440DL.

It seems that the PPDs and rasterizer are not distributed as part of
CUPS; reasons are unknown. Typical Linux distros install them as an
independent package, under various names.

AFAICT, this is the first pkg dealing with CUPS printer drivers, handled
outside of CUPS itself. Should it stay that way (with a dependency on
cups), or get renamed (or even merged) to something else (like
cups-Magicolor5440DL) ?

Thanks!
