Hello,

I have just uploaded wip/termit - another vte-based terminal. Those who
extensively use other than LATIN-1 encodings (like me) may find it very
valuable since it provides handy encoding switching while keeping
lightweight (no more need for gnome-teminals ...). Moreover it has tabs
and is scriptable in lua...
