   Please review wip/p5-Hash-MultiValue and send me comments.

   Hash::MultiValue is an object (and a plain hash reference) that may contain
multiple values per key, inspired by MultiDict of WebOb.

  Its license is perl license.

  And it is prepared for the import of p5-Plack.
