Hi all,

Please review wip/truecrypt. Comments are welcome.

TrueCrypt is a real-time on-the-fly encryption package. It can create
a virtual encrypted disk within a file or a device-hosted encrypted
volume on either an individual partition or an entire storage device.

For documentation, see http://www.truecrypt.org/docs/.

Please note, truecrypt runs only on Windows, Linux and MacOS.

As it runs on MacOS, it *may* run on Darwin. A Darwin tester is more than welcome to try it out.

I don't expect it to run under NetBSD, because it does neither run under FreeBSD nor Open Solaris (see statements on official website: http://www.truecrypt.org/misc/freebsd and http://www.truecrypt.org/misc/opensolaris)

For the time being, it's ONLY_FOR_PLATFORM=Linux-*-*. That's what is offially supported and that's where I tested it.

Best, Stefan Schaeckeler
