Hi all,

Please review wip/gsview. Comments are welcome.

GSview is a graphical interface for Ghostscript under MS-Windows, OS/2 and
Unix. Ghostscript is an interpreter for the PostScript page description
language used by laser printers. For documents following the Adobe
PostScript Document Structuring Conventions, GSview allows selected pages to
be viewed or printed.


Tested on Linux (Slackware 13 - linux 2.6, gcc-4.3.3).

If there is a Solaris tester, then please build it with the supplied
Makefile and then test it also with -lposix4 removed from the
Makefile (gsview documentation says it's necessary for the linking
phase, but I would like to hear it from a tester as well).
