Hi,

Thank you  for your commit of takao-fonts-ttf.

According to http://ossipedia.ipa.go.jp/ipafont/index.html , English expression is "IPA Fonts",
and I select current PKGNAME.
But I Think that DISTNAME is also needed to be respected.

I will update some package, and change PKGNAME "fonts" to "font".
