Hi,

I added new packages to wip recently:

 * Discount, a C markdown implementation
 * Wkhtmltopdf, to print XHTML/CSS to PDF (build against pkgsrc's Qt, so only
   basic features are available. Wkhtmltopdf folks patch Qt to add extra features)
 * XQilla, a XPath 2 and XQuery command line and library processor

I also had to package xerces-c version 3.1.1 to build XQilla. Xerces-c in pkgsrc
is version 2.8, wich is unsufficient for XQilla.
It seems that there were important changes between 2.8 and 3.1.1 so that I did
not tried to keep the pkgsrc packaging and almost restarted from scratch.
I did not dig into iconv issues nor tried to keep platform-specific rules.

Could you please review these packages ?

Best regards,
