please review baler and eor

Hello,

I have created two small utilities that help to easily and safely store
long-term backups (photos,...). "Baler" creates the storage volumes
(bales) and "eor" is an Exlusive OR which generates the XOR volume so
that a lost part could be regenerated.

If somebody is interested, please review the packages wip/baler
and wip/eor.
