Please test new package gcc46

Hi,

I have just imported wip/gcc46. Works fine on NetBSD-current amd64.
I will test builds on NetBSD 5.1 i386 and on Scientific Linux 6 amd64.
gcc-4.6.0 is the latest stable release of gcc since March 25 by the way.
