Please review wip/uni-vga

Hello,

would anyone mind reviewing uni-vga? It seems to work for me, even with
stage-install on NetBSD-current 5.99.54 (and native Xorg, not modular
Xorg, so there might be something wrong there). pkglint didn't report
anything. In case I did anything wrong, please tell me, I'm doing this
for the first time :-)

DESCR:
Monospaced X11 bitmap font; Descendant of the original IBM VGA font with
additional Unicode glyphs.
