Please review wip/fcgiwrap

Hi,

I packaged fcgiwrap <http://nginx.localdomain.pl/wiki/FcgiWrap>, a
very simple wrapper to run CGI scripts via FastCGI – it is one of the
better ways to get CGI support with nginx (standalone or through the
use of www/spawn-fcgi).

I have built it on Mac OS X Lion and DragonFly master and tested it on
DragonFly. What I am least sure about is the GitHub fetching, but I
think I got that nailed finally.
