What I was getting at is that it's perfectly fine for an author to give
permission to distribute under a different license from that's in the
distfile, but that it must be clear from inspection of pkgsrc that all
is in order.

So we can either leave it as LICENSE, or put it in-line as comments in
the Makefile.  Or make up some new scheme.
