Hi,

   I update wip/pear-Net_URL2 to 2.0.0 just now.

   Currently there is pear-Net_URL in NetBSD portstree, while pear-Net_URL
was marked DEPRECATED for a long time and was suggested use pear-Net_URL2
instead.

   It build well on NetBSD on i386.

   Comments welcome!
