Greg, thanks for reviewing and make diff small between ham/
and wip/.

  I have pbulk environment for NetBSD/i386 5.1.2 and modified
a little bit. Now packaged fine and it runs OK (just start up
dialog).

1) STRIP issue: 
  I've duplicated the problem on 5.1.2, now have the line as
  of ham/.
  Yes it is OK on netbsd-6 without the line.

2) HOMEPAGE:
  Thanks for change.

3) The -lossaudio
  Yes you are right, reverted as of ham/.

4) portaudio, or pulseaudio?  
  Those are found in INSTALL instruction of upstream.
  And if you look at configure log, those may be necessary
  for full function (portaudion was there anyway).

5) jpeg is dropped.  It seems to build, but do you know why it used to
   be there?
   I don't know the reason. INSTALL says nothing, and build fine now.

6) WRKREF in binary from configure: 
   I will check later.

7) There are patches in ham/ and not in wip/.  
   Some may not be necessary for now, but I will check later.
