PKGNAME=                ${DISTNAME:-gpl=}
it's ok, but more common is
PKGNAME=                ${DISTNAME:S/-gpl//}

WRKSRC=                 ${WRKDIR}/${DISTNAME:-gpl=}
use
WRKSRC=			${WRKDIR}/${PKGNAME_NOREV}
instead.

pkglint complains that the patches have no comments.
