giant review request

I was a bit dismayed that we haven't been supporting the KDE4 language packs.
Had some time over the last few days and updated what was in wip and imported
the rest. Please, review these packages:

The framework is already in place and handles most of the hard work. I believe
all the PLISTs to be correct. Haven't tested each of these packages - just the
Spanish one with wip/kaffeine, and it worked as imagined.

That brings us to wip/kaffeine. It's the KDE4/QT4 version of the package. I
have tested this and it works just fine. Please, review it as well.
