including the Capitalization of the package and file names.

  TrustedQSL is LoTW (Logbook of The World) application
to upload QSO(contact) information on to (cloud type) Logbook
server maintained by ARRL. (American Radio Relay League).

  tqsllib is supporting library for TrustedQSL.
