info2man package

Hello all,

info2man is in pkgsrc-wip. Hope it is better than choosefont. The soft
have no license, it's a freeware, and in place of an empty license I
placed modified-bsd. It's just for temporarily skipping the build fatal
error.

Moreover the soft have no version. I don't know how to handle soft which
have no version number. So, I put:

PKGNAME=info2man-0.1
