I created a buildlink3 file for package requiring it. However, I didn't 
found real life package that requires it. I am sure there is.

I set PKGVERSION and PKGNAME accordingly. I am not aware of other 
info2man.tar.gz distfiles except the debian package. I used DIST_SUBDIR.
