mupdf-1.3

Hello pkgsrc-wip-review!
Some weeks ago I imported wip/mupdf (1.3) that it's an update to
print/mupdf (1.1).
I have tested it in the last days and IMO it is now finally ready to be
imported as print/mupdf.

If you have some minutes free please test it! If you don't know what is
it mupdf is a light PDF reader for X11. From the 1.3 there is also curl
support and so you can use it to read PDFs directly from the web e.g:

 $ mupdf http://www.example.org/example.pdf


When importing it would be nice if the first part of TODO will go in the
commit log message: it may be handy for the MAINTAINERs (I tryed to
document all the changes that I've done there).
