Please review or commit tcl-tclOO

Hello,

would someone care to review tcl-tclOO?

It is yet another object system for Tcl and it is expected that future
implementations of object systems will use it as a base. It is included
in Tcl8.6 (and presumably future Tcl versions) so I made the package
conflict with that version because it won't be needed as soon as the Tcl
version in pkgsrc will be bumped to 8.6.
