texmaker-4.1

I have added texmaker 4.1 to pkgsrc-wip.
It builds and runs on netbsd 6.1.2 with both gcc and clang.
Any one who wish to review and maybe add it to pkgsrc-current?
Only Makefile and distinfo has been changed from texmaker-4.0.4 in
pkgsrc-current.
