New package wip/lightspark

Hi,

I have just added two packages wip/lightspark a dependency wip/llvm-rtlib.

I would like others to test it and provide feedback as yet I have not made 
Makefile.common and modified Makefiles for llvm-rtlib as suggested by Thomas 
K, that will happen soon in an update to llvm-rtlib.

I wanted to commit the packages as soon as possible so others can test and 
enjoy them.

Please refer to lightspark/todo for a workaround with firefox I found that 
firefox 22 and 25 which I tested to be affected.

I also found that the refresh rate is slow as I'm using NetBSD 6.1.1 with 
intel 945 graphics and have no hw dri acceleration, I'm hoping that others 
with different graphics cards can rate its performance.
