Hello everyone,

it's been a while that I've done my job as maintainer of wip/php-xcache, bu=
t today I finally found the time to upgrade the package from the old 1.3.1-=
version to latest stable 3.1.0 .
It supports the major PHP branches from 5.1 to 5.5.

Please feel free to review it.

All that pkglint is complaining about is descriptions for the options, whic=
h I will add later.
