cairo-dingbat is missing a ${DESTDIR}:

=> Generating pre-install file lists

I've imported pixel-sagas-st as pixel-sagas-startrek, after removing
Okuda because I couldn't fetch the distfile.

I've also imported starplot after putting the MESSAGE file in the
standard format.
