Ah, perhaps it was a checksum mismatch -- looking at the timestamp,
the file is from January, while you dated the packages as 2013-12.
Send me a diff to reenable it and I'll commit it to pkgsrc.

I guess you're right and it's not properly documented. However,
pkglint is complaining about it, and there are plenty of examples in
pkgsrc :)
