Didn't see this response until I googled it. My only NetBSD box right
now is a headless UltraSparc so I can't easily look at xrootconsole,
but I have updated picocom from 1.4 to 1.7 and fixed the download URL.
It compiles and installs on NetBSD/sparc64 6.1.1.

Also, not finding much documentation on unpriviliged mode in the
pkgsrc developer's guide. Can you point me to some documentation? My
do-install seems to be pretty similar to the ones I'm finding in
pkgsrc-2013Q2.
