updates for pkgsrc-wip/ffmpeg-devel...

Hello,
    This is my second attempt to contact you regarding adding some more
updates to you're pkgsrc-wip/ffmpeg-devel pkg. I'm just interested if
you'd like to get a copy of them from me and do them yourself, so as
to not interfere with you're work. Or should I just committ away...

   If I don't hear from you in a week, I'll just start updating.
