Please review wip/tsm

[2nd try - Eudora, at least, complained about a corrupted encoding, 
which was most likely caused by the ad that Sourceforge tacked at the 
end of the mail. Ick.]


Hi,

wip/tsm packages the Linux i386 client for the IBM Tivoli Storage 
Manager, to be used on NetBSD/i386. We have successfully used the 
package to backup two NetBSD production servers for quite some time.

Please review and comment.
