new package: xxkb

Can anybody test new wip/xxkb package?

In my veiw it can be useful for many people who
uses more than one language at work, i.e.
for those who speak not only English.

A few notes about it:
XXKB remebers the layout for each application window and changes the
keyboard state accordingly when the window gets a focus, it also shows
the current keyboard layout (an XKB group) and allows to switch it
with a mouse click and has many other useful features.
