end of thread package

Hi,

I just added a package in wip for "eot" : a simple perl program that
helps archiving old mails keeping threads entire, this is particularly
useful when dealing with lists with very long lived threads.

I would like to add it to plain pkgsrc, but it lacks a man page, and
time to make the package clean, so feel free to improve it
