geography, second category databases.

NO_BIN_ON_CDROM, NO_SRC_ON_CDROM I would say, normal redistribution of
the distfiles seems fine. I haven't checked what you do with the output,
do you postprocess it? Otherwise it would violate (1). I would ask the
publisher to amend (1), since strictly speaking importing the database
into an SQL database would count as modified version. This might not be
intended. In any case, please add the license to the package as well.
