NO_BIN_ON_CDROM, NO_SRC_ON_CDROM I would say, normal redistribution of the distfiles seems fine. I haven't checked what you do with the output, do you postprocess it? Otherwise it would violate (1). I would ask the publisher to amend (1), since strictly speaking importing the database into an SQL database would count as modified version. This might not be intended.
