Oh, wow.  I found it; I was using openbios/locore.S, rather than
tams3011/tams3011_locore.S, because I copied the wrong lines for
Makefile.tams3011.inc.

I think I'm set.  That's a viable attempt to talk on console, it just
came out at a bad baud rate or something.

I can FIX that.
