security advisories

Hello,

I've been discontent with the lack of security advisories. I'm aware
that it is somewhat tricky to have someone step up for this (as it is
tedious, time consuming, etc.)... so I wrote this:

It generates a nice RSS feed of commits referencing CVEs.

You can see an example here: http://coypu.sdf.org/feed.xml

It should be easy to modify.
