Some of the Mesa 21 gallium drivers try to read a build-id note from
the shared library that they are in.

It doesn't look like we create one, I'm only Seeing "NetBSD" and "PaX"
notes in the function that walks the shared object.

The drivers use the SHA1 string in a cache on disk of generated GPU
code fragments, I think to make sure that they are valid for the
CPU driver version.
