global.css: mobile: don't hide our beautiful logo or 1/4th of the viewport
* Don't hide our beautiful logo from the mobile view! Especially ironic
as all the sponsor logos show up on main page, but ours's missing!
* Don't devote up to 1/4th of screen to the hamburger menu-activation bar.
- This is especially apparent on a desktop w/ 170% zoom @ 1366x768, but
even on an actual mobile that's easily 1/5th of screen in landscape.
- This means a little bit of text might be missing from view due to being
covered by the menuicon, but that shouldn't be an issue because the
icon is on the right side of the left-aligned text, plus, scrolling
should still available, and this is still a much better compromise than
simply discarding so much of the screen.
