add back the link to the amd64 CD image, following the advice to prefer
the USB image I tried using it to install in QEMU and ran into
difficulties, so the CD image is more helpful for people installing in VMs.

note that the amd64 USB image works with both UEFI and BIOS since that's
not obvious from the filename.

move USB image first for i386 too.
