Log Message:
Add (Adobe) Source Sans Pro (Regular 400) woff2 font, licensed OFL1.1.

Add the license in case that's a requirement (I don't know how to tell
whether a WOFF2 contains the license).

Won't be committing the stylesheet using it for a few days, but it'd
be nice to have it in the real location for testing.
