Update cgd chapter in NetBSD guide.

- Mention newer ciphers.
- Mark obsolete ciphers as such.
- Add missing verification methods.
- Suggest the slightly faster aes-xts for scrubbing.
- Mention upcoming vm.swap_encrypt=1.
- Fill out bibliography.
- Minor style tweaks.
