Log Message:
Remove files for removed chapters
These chapters were removed from the guide on 2007-08-11 by weinem@.
Because the xml files are not in Makefile, the html files are not
rebuilt. Let's remove the files instead of keeping stale content around.
To generate a diff of this commit:
