Shuffle the way we do fonts.

A web font is kinda heavyweight. Maybe do it as a fallback if the system
doesn't have Roboto, Tahoma, Liberation Sans.
i.e. it is vanilla NetBSD before 9.99.x

Fall back to generic sans-serif if the user doesn't like web fonts and has
none of those.
