chap-x.xml: add detail about xdm's default authorization

Our current distribution of xdm no longer interoperates with various
modern X applications by default. DisplayManager*authName must be
overridden to allow only MIT-MAGIC-COOKIE-1 for them to work. This
commit partly addresses PR 57236 from Marek Kozlowski.
