Log Message:
use arch tag instead of attribute value for man references.
os release stays as atttribute though.
The reason behind this, that arch can refer to machine-depenent man page,
while release just specifes older version of the same man page.
Most archs have been already defined in tags, not attributes.
Comment the code to avoid the confusion.
