Installation_on_UEFI_systems: Add some EFI size hints
- update to merged uefi/bios on modern netbsd 9
- give a hint about booting mbr and installing uefi (doesn't work)
- add info about how the EFI partition must be (tnx mlelstv@,
confirmed with MS web dos)
