wsfb: Explain about BIOS querying the monitor and add examples

Change 'my' since the author isn't shown and this document now has
multiple authors.

I found that a 2019 Dell UHD 630 successfully detected 4 different
resolutions, 3 ancient and 1 modern; mention the details in case it is
helpful.

Note why gop 0 isn't the default, even though it seems to work in
almost all cases.
